After a public hearing in downtown Los Angeles, I took a quick trip to check up on the progress of the Silverlake houses. The first house, sold after the foundation was poured, is completed and occupied. It was interesting to see from the outside how another team of architect and homeowner finished what we started.

Our Camino Esperanza project had its grand opening recently. There are already 15 seniors in the 30 unit complex. So great to meet some of them and listen to their stories. It makes us extremely proud that we can make a difference in their lives.
