Reidy Creek

Reidy Creek is a public/private partnership between a developer and the City of Escondido. A new community was created that included a new public golf course. DAI was selected to design the clubhouse, cart barn, and gate house entrance to the community. We were inspired by buildings anchored to the landscape in the tradition of Craftsman era bungalows.
