A concrete subcontractor turned toward DAI for a new corporate headquarters in Agoura Hills. Working with the City of Agoura Hills through area design guidelines, Oak Tree ordinances and public input, the solution achieved the needs of the Client, the desires of the City, and the neighboring community. The building is used as a development example for future projects within Agoura Hills. The project won an Award of Merit from the Pacific Coast Builder’s Conference.
