The clients were entertainment industry people, wanting a home that fit in with the surrounding established neighborhood, yet provided privacy for themselves and their growing family. The house at once fits in with the neighborhood vernacular, yet provides modern spaces and amenities that flow from indoors to out, from the basement recording studio and wine bar through ground floor living, to the upstairs master suite with private deck.
